Jody is an outstanding realtor. She helped us buy a beautiful condominium in Rancho Bernardo in an extremely competitive real estate market for buyers. She helped negotiate a deal where our offer was accepted over 26 other offers. She is a very good communicator. She clearly explained all steps of the buying process. My husband and I had been discussing a new home and Malena was referred to me by a friend who was in the process of working with her. I reached out and Malena was very responsive to my call. I am a type A person so her prompt reply was well noticed. We were not 100% sold on buying a new home and just wanted to see what was out there to meet our "wants" list. Within a week, Malena put together an offer package that closed the deal for a home we found meeting our wants, put our current home on the market, and had 5 offers to present on our new home. When my sister and I were looking to buy a condo in San Diego, we went on Zillow, and they connected us with Cara. We are so happy that they did! Cara is an amazing realtor, and took the time to get to know us as people, as well as what we wanted. As she can attest, there were quite a few obstacles when we were trying to purchase the condo, but Cara never gave up, and handled everything that was thrown her way in a calm and efficient manner. She was always communicating consistently with us through text, which we really appreciated, and explained everything throughly since my sister and I were first-time buyers. Cara also helped us immensely with getting our loan approved, and connecting us with people that helped paint our condo, since there were a good amount of discoloration, and cracks in the walls. She respected my original request to communicate via text/email, I did not want those pushy calls you can get when you just have a question about a property. This was my first homebuying experience in over 15 years, and the first time buying by myself. Malena always answered my questions and explained everything along the way. Working with Natasha on the sale of our home was an absolute pleasure! She and her outstanding team were highly professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and prepared. They came out and helped us get the house looking very well put together for an amazing week of showings from which we got several solid offers, all above asking price! Their presence on social media and amazing staging and photos really came through for us. She was there for us every step of the way and there was never so much as a snag on her side of business or the escrow office they deal with. They were ready to handle several challenges that came about during escrow, including an absolute mess with the transfer of a solar lease that was entirely the fault of the solar company. Nevertheless, they came through everything that faced us and we closed with no doubt that we made the right choice in agents! Multiple times throughout the process, my wife and I discussed how lucky we were to have such and awesome agent and realty team to work with and how much of a total pain some things would have been without them. Patty was so patient and thoughtful in our home buying process. She understood that buying a home is a huge step and did not pressure or persuade us to buy something we weren’t comfortable with. Patty helped us throughout the entire process from looking at 10 homes a weekend to calling roof inspectors once our home was in escrow.
