  • As San Diego’s Zillow Premier Agent Partners, we offer a competitive edge over other teams that offer Zillow Flex because we’re able to net our agents 53% more of their hard-earned commission on Zillow transactions. Here’s how….Zillow Flex takes 35% off the top of your commission, before splits. Whereas Zillow Premier does not take a split off the top, so you only pay your team split. On a $1 million dollar home sale, that’s a difference of a $12,500 commission (Premier) vs. $8,125 commission (Flex).
