  • We offer some of the most competitive splits in all of Southern California, while still giving you the hands-on training, mentorship, marketing, and business planning tools that allow you to succeed as a real estate agent for decades to come.     As an eXp Mega Team, we also offer one of the lowest brokerage caps around…only $4,000/year compared to the other guys, which can be $16,000+/year.

  • As San Diego’s Zillow Premier Agent Partners, we offer a competitive edge over other teams that offer Zillow Flex because we’re able to net our agents 53% more of their hard-earned commission on Zillow transactions. Here’s how….Zillow Flex takes 35% off the top of your commission, before splits. Whereas Zillow Premier does not take a split off the top, so you only pay your team split. On a $1 million dollar home sale, that’s a difference of a $12,500 commission (Premier) vs. $8,125 commission (Flex).
